We understand that plans may change. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms for cancelling salon appointments and returning products purchased through our website or at our store.
Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments at least 24 hours in advance without any charges.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service value.
No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will result in the full amount being charged for the booked service.
For prepaid bookings, the advance amount will be adjusted towards future bookings if cancellation is made in advance.
Products once sold are non-refundable unless damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered.
Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or proof.
Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification.
Return shipping (if applicable) will be borne by the customer unless the error is from our side.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
For UPI or wallet payments, refunds will be credited to the same account used during purchase.
We are not responsible for delays caused by bank processing times.
Services availed under discounted packages, gift vouchers, or promotional offers are non-refundable.
Once a service has been started or completed, refunds cannot be issued.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
We will try to accommodate, but service duration or availability may be affected.
